Game Interface Design, 2nd Edition

I'm pleased to announce that the second edition of Game Development Essentials: Game Interface Design is scheduled for release this month! I worked very closely with the authors as Media Clearance Coordinator during production of the textbook and am very excited to see it in print!

Article in the Local Paper

Heather in the Paper I appeared in the "Meet Your Neighbor" section of the Clinton Herald, our local newspaper. The article is now available online. The print version even noted the article at the top of the front page!

Presented for SCAD scholarships

SCAD I gave two special remote portfolio presentations to scholarship boards on campus today, using Adobe Connect with Power Point and my web cam. It was awesome to be one of five finalists for one of the biggest scholarships SCAD offers!

Selected as one of the first IGDA E3 Scholars!

IGDA Out of hundreds of applicants, I was selected as one of fifteen people worldwide to receive one of IGDA's newest scholarships to E3! Needless to say, I'm very grateful to have received this honor! Thank you so much, IGDA!
